Class Details

I have prepared a varied and interesting program which would be useful for both – beginners and experienced pastry chefs. No experience required! It's going to be a fun packed two days with a ton of skills, tips, and techniques. It will be a combination of hands-on and demonstrations. You will explore different methods of making cakes and learn the all-important rules for success. You’ll acquire a lovely and varied cake repertoire.

What will you make?

You will learn how to make 5 different desserts & cake. All the cakes are gluten free. Spend 2 days with me, where I will share my knowledge teaching you the skills and techniques to make the perfect entremets with a shiny mirror glaze. Learn how to make different mirror glazes, confit, crunchy layers, sponges, fancy decor, and mousses, and I will guide you through the process step by step in a small class. These creations are absolutely gorgeous but tricky!

What will be provided?

Length of class: Approximately 6.5 hours with a 45 minute break for lunch each day.
