Advanced Class

Skill Level: Good to have Entry and intermediate level class or have advanced knowledge about mirror glazing and mousse cakes

Course Overview

Third master-class is a continuation of previous two classes and will let you master amazing mousse cakes on a higher level.  This class will contain 5 different and unique mousse cake recipes, velvet techniques, creating double effect (half velvet/ half mirror glazed) cake, and mastering a double tiered cake. These classes are available to anyone, anywhere in the world.  You are getting unlimited access to the videos and you can learn from anywhere in the world. This master-class will have new never seen before cake recipes, techniques and velvet spraying.

This course will have 36 video lessons. I will advise you on ingredients and tools, which are easy to find in stores or online. I will provide you with a PDF file, where I will list everything that you will need in order to succeed and make amazing cakes.  All the lessons are simple, yet very informative, so anyone can learn and create magic at home. 

These videos have unlimited viewing, and if you pass all the classes, you will be able to get a certificate on completion. I want to share my passion with you, and my knowledge that I have developed over the last 10 years in pastry. Each cake has been specially designed by me for this course and doesn't exist anywhere else online. Surprise your partners, colleagues, family and friends, be creative and passionate!
