This class will contain 5 different and unique mousse cake recipes, velvet techniques, creating double effect (half velvet/ half mirror glazed) cake, and mastering a double tiered cake. These classes are available to anyone, anywhere in the world. You are getting unlimited access to the videos and you can learn from anywhere in the world. This master-class will have new never seen before cake recipes, techniques and velvet spraying.
This course will have 36 video lessons. I will advise you on ingredients and tools, which are easy to find in stores or online. I will provide you with a PDF file, where I will list everything that you will need in order to succeed and make amazing cakes. All the lessons are simple, yet very informative, so anyone can learn and create magic at home.
