Intermediate Level Class

Skill level : Good to have Entry level class or knowledge about mirror glazing and mousse cakes

Course Overview

This master class will have a much deeper knowledge and will contain 3 different and unique mousse cake recipes + 1 mini individual cake recipe. I will teach you 2 different techniques on how to create the most incredible “spiderweb” effect, and most wanted “galaxy glaze” on a cake. Moreover I will teach you 2 different techniques of creating a perfect chocolate mirror glaze. This class is available to anyone, anywhere in the world.

This online course will have 28 video lessons. You are getting unlimited access to the video and you can learn from anywhere in the world. This master-class and combination of new recipes, techniques & knowledge that will lead you up to the next level. I will advise you on ingredients and tools, which are easy to find in stores or online. I will provide you with a PDF files, where I will list everything that you will need in order to succeed and make amazing cakes.  All the lessons are simple, yet very informative, so anyone can learn and create magic at home.

These videos have unlimited viewing, and if you pass all the classes, you will be able to get a certificate on completion. I want to share my passion with you, and my knowledge that I have developed over the last 10 years in pastry.
