Three-Month Payment Agreement for the 8-Week Vegan Cake Course

This Three-Month Payment Commitment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Student ("Student") and Alla's Yummy Food ("Company") as of this date by ticking the box.

Course Details:

1.1 The Student is enrolling in the 8-Week Vegan Cake Course ("Course"), which includes a comprehensive curriculum covering various vegan cake baking and decorating techniques.

1.2 The Course will commence on 26th January and continue for a duration of 8 weeks.

Payment Commitment:

2.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees to make a payment commitment for three (3) consecutive months of Course access.

2.2 The Student commits to paying the Course fee of $660 on a monthly basis for three months, starting from the date of enrollment, unless a discount or coupon is applied, which will reduce the payment accordingly.

Payment Schedule:

3.1 The Course fee of $660 will be paid in three (3) equal monthly installments, as follows:

First installment of $220 due on the date of enrollment.
Second installment of $220 due on the same date the following month.
Third installment of $220 due on the same date the second following month.

Course Access:

4.1 The Student will receive access to the Course materials and resources upon enrollment.

Cancellation Policy:

5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Student's Course access in the event of a breach of this Agreement or any misuse or abuse of the Course materials.

Payment Method:

6.1 The Student agrees to authorize recurring payments using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.

6.2 The Student is responsible for ensuring that the payment method remains valid and up-to-date throughout the three-month commitment period.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Student's participation in the 8-Week Vegan Cake Course or use of the Course materials.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Company's location.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Company's location.

Entire Agreement:

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Student and the Company regarding the Three-Month Payment Commitment for the 8-Week Vegan Cake Course and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

9.2 The contents of this course, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media, are protected by copyright law. No part of this course may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner, except for brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the materials in this course may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and legal action may be taken against individuals or entities found to be in violation of the copyright laws.
