Payment Agreement for the Viral Dubai Chocolate Dessert Course

This Payment Commitment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Student ("Student") and Alla's Yummy Food ("Company") as of this date by ticking the box.

Course Details:

1.1 The Student is enrolling in the Viral Dubai Chocolate Dessert Course ("Course"), which includes a comprehensive curriculum covering techniques, recipes, and decorations for making viral Dubai-style chocolate desserts.

1.2 The Course will provide the Student with lifetime access to the Course materials starting from the date of enrollment.

Payment Commitment:

2.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees to make a one-time payment of $397.

2.2 If a coupon is applied at the time of enrollment, the Student will receive a discount, reducing the total one-time payment to $297.

Course Access:

4.1 The Student will receive lifetime access to the Course materials and resources upon enrollment.

Cancellation Policy:

5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Student's Course access in the event of a breach of this Agreement or any misuse or abuse of the Course materials.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Student's participation in the Viral Dubai Chocolate Dessert Course or use of the Course materials.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your State/Country.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Your State/Country.

Entire Agreement:

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Student and the Company regarding the Payment Commitment for the Viral Dubai Chocolate Dessert Course and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.

9.2 The contents of this course, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and other media, are protected by copyright law. No part of this course may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the copyright owner, except for brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the materials in this course may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and legal action may be taken against individuals or entities found to be in violation of the copyright laws.
