Cake Club Membership Service Agreement

This Cake Club Membership Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Customer ("Customer") and Alla's Yummy Food ("Company") as of this date by ticking the box. 

Birthday Special Notice (Limited Time Offer)

For a limited time, Cake Club is offered at a 50% discounted rate for the first year of membership.

This promotional price applies only to the initial 12-month membership period. After the first year, the membership will automatically renew at the regular annual price of $347 per year unless canceled in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.

By purchasing during the promotional period, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this pricing structure.

1. Membership Services

1.1 The Customer is purchasing a yearly membership in the Cake Club, which grants access to exclusive baking content, training materials, community access, and related benefits offered by the Company.

1.2 The membership is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and will automatically renew annually at the then-current annual membership rate unless canceled by the Customer in accordance with Section 5.

2. Membership Fees

2.1 The Customer agrees to pay the annual membership fee as specified by the Company at the time of purchase.

2.2 The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1 The Customer will be entitled to the following benefits during the membership period:

• Priority access to new and exclusive cake flavors, limited-edition items, and special promotions.
• Access to a closed Facebook group for interaction with fellow members.
• Support and assistance for questions related to mousse cakes, sponge cakes, cheesecakes, and related techniques.
• Access to quarterly live Zoom baking sessions hosted by Alla.
• Access to exclusive cake recipes available only to Cake Club members.
• Access to webinars organized by the Company.
• Community of like-minded bakers for networking and collaboration.
• Access to business-focused training modules where applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All materials, including but not limited to recipes, videos, webinars, Zoom sessions, and written content provided as part of the Cake Club membership, are the intellectual property of the Company. The Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or use such materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 The Customer may cancel their membership at any time by visiting their account on the Alla's Yummy Food website and clicking on the "Cancel Membership" button. Alternatively, the Customer may send an email requesting cancellation.

5.2 Upon cancellation, the Customer will retain access until the end of the current membership period, but automatic renewal will be canceled.

5.3 The membership fee is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the membership year.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership in the event of a breach of this Agreement or misuse of membership benefits.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Customer's membership in the Cake Club.

6.2 Participation in any live Zoom sessions or other activities is voluntary, and the Customer assumes all associated risks.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company regarding the Cake Club membership and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing the Cake Club membership, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
