2 Day Masterclass 23-24th November

Come, join me and learn how to make an entire professional dessert table from mini entremets to stunning mousse cakes, mirror glazes, and fancy decor.

What you'll get:

  • Lunch and drinks during the class are included in the price
  • Afternoon Prosecco
  • All ingredients, equipment, and tools will be provided.
  • You will receive all the recipes of what we will make during the class.
  • Each student will receive an apron to take away.
  • You can take all cake/dessert home - please take a container
