Banana Cream Pie

The LIVESTREAM Cooking Class should be around 1,5-2 hours, we will see how we get on. Feel free to have wine or drinks ready if you like to have a cheeky drink while cooking.

Location: ONLINE anywhere (through Zoom)

When : Saturday, 6th December

Time: 3 pm UK time (GMT) | 10 am US time (EST)

What you'll get:

  • We will start by making a flaky, all-butter pie crust from scratch and I’ll show you how to get it just right.
  • We will cook a smooth and creamy vanilla custard step-by-step, with tips to avoid lumps or curdling.
  • We will layer fresh banana slices and pour in the custard to create that classic creamy filling.
  • We’ll whip the cream topping together and decorate the pie for a beautiful, bakery-style finish.
  • The list with all ingredients will be provided in advance, so you can be ready.
  • You will also receive a PDF recipe with directions of what we will make during the class after.
