Come, join me and learn how to make and beautiful mini entremets and stunning mousse cakes, mirror glazes in this one day class.
What are we making:
It is a small group, and you will work in pairs. All the cakes are Gluten Free, low sugar and contain no pork gelatine.

- Confit, mousses, fillings

What you'll get:
- Soft Drinks during the class are included in the price

- You will receive all the recipes of what we will make during the class.
- You can take all cake/dessert home

Length of class: Approximately 4-6 hours with a 45 minute break for lunch.
Price: €150 per person.
