Chocolate Orange Carrot Cake

The LIVESTREAM Cooking Class should be around 1,5-2 hours, we will see how we get on. Feel free to have wine or drinks ready if you like to have a cheeky drink while cooking.

Location: ONLINE anywhere (through Zoom)

 What you'll get:

  • We will start by making a rich and moist Chocolate Carrot Cake with a hint of cinnamon and walnuts.
  • We will whip up a decadent cream cheese frosting that's smooth, creamy, and not too sweet.
  • We will make a delicious blueberry filling.
  • We will top the cake with a tangy and sweet Orange Jam made with fresh oranges and a touch of zest.
  • We will make the cake layers, assemble, cut, and decorate the cake.
