Cake Club Monthly Membership Agreement

1. What you're buying. A monthly membership to Cake Club, giving you access to the monthly membership benefits listed below for as long as your membership is active.

2. What it costs. $47, charged today and again each month on the same date, until you cancel.

3. What's included.

  • Access to 2 Cake Club cake classes each month: the current featured Cake Club cake and the previous month's cake, each with video lessons and printable recipes

  • 4 live online baking classes with Alla each year, plus recordings

  • The Building & Growing Your Cake Business module and previous business webinar recordings

  • Access to the private Cake Club Facebook community

  • Support with your baking questions through the community

Members-only mini courses are not included in the monthly membership.

Cake Club content is added and updated throughout the year. We may occasionally change or replace individual items, but the overall scope of your monthly membership won't be reduced during a period you've paid for.

4. Your access. Your monthly membership does not give you access to the full Cake Club cake library. You'll have access to the 2 cake classes available as part of the monthly plan during your active membership. Membership materials — recipes, videos, class recordings and written content — remain the property of Alla's Yummy Food. They're for your own personal and business baking. Please don't copy, share, resell or republish them.

5. Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account, or email allasyummyfood@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. Your access continues until the end of the monthly period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

6. Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for any unused part of the month.

7. Ending a membership. We may suspend or end a membership where our materials are shared or resold, or where a member is abusive towards others in the community.

8. Liability. Taking part in live classes and community activities is voluntary. Alla's Yummy Food isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your membership.

Your monthly plan gives you access to 2 cake classes each month: the current featured Cake Club cake plus the previous month’s cake.

Here's what's included:

2 CAKE CLASSES EVERY MONTH. Get access to 2 cake classes each month: the brand-new Cake Club cake plus the previous month’s cake. Each comes with a full step-by-step video lesson, a printable recipe and a shopping list. Bought individually, these are $67 each.

8 BRAND-NEW CAKE CLASSES EVERY YEAR. New flavours added seasonally, built to exactly the same standard as my paid courses. Bake six of them and you've already covered the cost of your membership.

4 MEMBERS-ONLY MINI COURSES. Short, focused collections released through the year — starting with the Crunchy Fruit Ice Cream Collection, then Tiramisu Boxes, Cinnamon Bins, Basque Cheesecake and a Tart Collection. These are included in your yearly plan and are not available on the monthly plan.

4 LIVE BAKING CLASSES WITH ME. We bake together, live, and you can ask me anything as we go. Recipes go out in advance so you can prepare. Every class is recorded if you can't make it.

THE CAKE BUSINESS MODULE. How to find your audience, price your cakes properly, use Instagram, photograph your bakes with just your phone, sell through Christmas and build a bakery business. Plus recordings of my previous business webinars.
