Peach Cobbler Cake

The LIVESTREAM Cooking Class should be around 1,5-2 hours, we will see how we get on. Feel free to have wine or drinks ready if you like to have a cheeky drink while cooking.

What you'll get:

  • We will start by making a soft, buttery cake base from scratch. I’ll show you the exact method to get a fluffy, tender crumb.
  • We will prepare and slice the fresh peaches and fold them into the batter without making it soggy.
  • We will layer the peaches beautifully on top for that golden cobbler-style finish.
  • We will bake the cake together, check for doneness, and I’ll guide you through the cooling and serving process.
  • The list with all ingredients will be provided in advance, so you can be ready.
  • You will also receive a PDF recipe with directions of what we will make during the class after.
