Payment Agreement for the 12-Week Cheesecake Course

Payment Commitment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the Student ("Student") and Alla's Yummy Food ("Company") as of this date by ticking the box.

Course Details:

1.1 The Student is enrolling in the 12-Week Cheesecake Course ("Course"), which includes a comprehensive curriculum covering 12 different layered cheesecake recipes, techniques, and decorations.

1.2 The Course will start on 16th September 2023 and continue for a duration of 12 weeks.

Payment Commitment:

2.1 By enrolling in the Course, the Student agrees to make a payment commitment.

Course Access:

4.1 The Student will receive access to the Course materials and resources upon enrollment.

Cancellation Policy:

5.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Student's Course access in the event of a breach of this Agreement or any misuse or abuse of the Course materials.

Limitation of Liability:

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the Student's participation in the 12-Week Cheesecake Course or use of the Course materials.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your State/Country.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Your State/Country.

Entire Agreement:

9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Student and the Company regarding the Payment Commitment for the 12-Week Cheesecake Course and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
