1 cup mango chunks
1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries1 banana
1 whole peeled lime
1 cup ( 200 gr of plain yogurt)
2 tbsp of whey protein
1 tbsp of oat fibre
1 cup water
ice ( optional)
Step 1 : In a blender add mango, blueberries, banana, lime, yogurt and water and blend until smooth.
Step 2 : Add 2 tbsp of whey protein and then 1 tbsp of oat fibre and mix again. You can add ice if you like your smoothies cold.
