1 beetroot, large (you can add more, this is only a personal preference) with its leaves, if possible
2 celery stalks
1 kiwi fruit
1 tsp of rice protein
1 tsp of chicory fibre
In your juicer add all vegetables and fruit. Once done, add 1 tsp of chicory fibre, mix that in and then add 1 tsp of rice protein and mix again. Once everything is mixed it, drink it straight away. Enjoy!
