Cake Club 7-Day Trial & Monthly Membership Agreement

1. What you're buying. A 7-day trial of Cake Club, followed by a monthly Cake Club membership unless you cancel before the trial ends. Your membership gives you access to the benefits listed below for as long as your membership is active.

2. What it costs. You'll be charged $7 today for your 7-day trial. After the 7-day trial ends, you'll automatically be charged $47 per month on a recurring basis until you cancel.

By joining the trial, you agree that your membership will automatically continue at $47 per month after the 7-day trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3. What's included.

• Access to 2 Cake Club cake classes each month: the current featured Cake Club cake and the previous month's cake, each with video lessons and printable recipes

• 4 live online baking classes with Alla each year, plus recordings

• The Building & Growing Your Cake Business module and previous business webinar recordings

• Access to the private Cake Club Facebook community

• Support with your baking questions through the community

Members-only mini courses are not included in this membership.

Cake Club content is added and updated throughout the year. We may occasionally change or replace individual items, but the overall scope of your membership won't be reduced during a period you've paid for.

4. Your access. This membership does not give you access to the full Cake Club cake library. You'll have access to the 2 cake classes available as part of the monthly plan during your active membership. Membership materials — recipes, videos, class recordings and written content — remain the property of Alla's Yummy Food. They're for your own personal and business baking. Please don't copy, share, resell or republish them.

5. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, including during your 7-day trial, from your account or by emailing allasyummyfood@gmail.com.

If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you won't be charged the $47 monthly membership fee. If you continue after the trial, your membership will renew automatically at $47 per month until you cancel.

If you cancel after a monthly payment has been taken, your access will continue until the end of the monthly period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

6. Refunds. The $7 trial fee and monthly membership fees are non-refundable, including for any unused part of your trial or monthly membership period.

7. Ending a membership. We may suspend or end a membership where our materials are shared or resold, or where a member is abusive towards others in the community.

8. Liability. Taking part in live classes and community activities is voluntary. Alla's Yummy Food isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your membership.

By joining, you confirm you've read and agreed to these terms and understand that your $7 trial will automatically convert to a $47 per month membership after 7 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
