Air Fryer Donuts
Air fryer donuts have become a genuine shortcut favorite — no deep frying, no oil splatter, just a healthier way to get that same soft, glazed donut fix in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- Cooking spray
- 100g icing sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles, for decoration (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C/350°F.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual rounds. Use a small round cutter (or a bottle cap) to cut a hole in the center of each to form a donut shape. Save the holes to air fry separately as donut bites.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then arrange the donuts in a single layer, leaving space between each.
- Air fry 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown on both sides.
- While they cook, whisk icing sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth glaze.
- While still warm, dip each donut into the glaze, then add sprinkles if using.
- Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving.
Tip: don't overcrowd the basket — donuts need space for the air to circulate evenly, so cook in batches if needed.
