Ingredients (makes 1 large smoothie bowl)

  • 60 gr almond milk (or any other milk you like)
  • 1/2 tsp pitta powder (optional)
  • 150 gr frozen cherries
  • 120 gr ice cubes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Decor - fresh blueberries, strawberries, pecan nuts, coconut shreds, drizzled honey, seed mix, gluten-free oats.

Directions

1. Add milk first into a Vitamix Blender. Then add frozen cherries, ice, banana, and pitaya powder for color. Blitz on setting 1 and then increase to 10 slowly. This should take 40-60 seconds in total to get to the perfect consistency.

2. Pour the cherry smoothie into a bowl, smooth it out. Decorate with any topping you like. I added blueberries, then coconut shreds, then gluten-free oats, pecan nuts, strawberries, seeds. Drizzle with honey and enjoy straight away.
