Today's the day! My free live Baltic Cakes class is happening — I'll be walking through the techniques, ingredients, and traditions behind these desserts, and sharing a little of where they come from too.

This one means a lot to me. Baltic baking isn't just a skill I teach — it's where I come from. Every recipe carries a piece of my grandmother's kitchen in Latvia, and I love getting to share that with people who've never heard of half these desserts before today.
