Ingredients (makes 1 smoothie)

  • 160 gr almond milk (you can use any other milk you like)
  • 25 gr maple syrup (can use honey or sugar-free alternative)
  • 75 gr pineapple
  • 75 gr mango
  • 40 gr cucumber
  • 60 gr spinach
  • 1 tbsp linseed/chia seeds
  • 1 scoop (25 gr) any protein powder (I used plant-based)

Directions

1. Add milk first into a Vitamix Blender. Then add spinach, cucumber, mango and pineapple, protein powder, linseeds, and maple syrup.  Blitz on setting 1 and then increase to 10 slowly. This should take 40-60 seconds in total to get to the perfect consistency.

2. Pour the mango, pineapple spinach smoothie into a glass or a pretty jug. Decorate with any topping you like. I added chia seeds and strawberry. Enjoy it straight away and stay healthy.
