Oreo Truffles

Three ingredients, no baking, and genuinely one of the most-made treats on social media for a reason — Oreo truffles are creamy, chocolatey, and dangerously easy to make a whole batch of before anyone notices they're gone.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 300g) Oreo cookies
  • 225g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 400g chocolate (dark, milk, or white), melted
  • Crushed Oreos or sprinkles, for decoration

Directions

  1. Pulse the Oreos in a food processor into fine crumbs (reserve a couple tablespoons for decoration if you like).
  2. Mix the crumbs with the cream cheese until fully combined into a thick, moldable dough.
  3. Roll into small balls (about a tablespoon each) and place on a lined tray. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  4. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off, then place back on the tray.
  5. Sprinkle with reserved crushed Oreos or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes, then serve.

Tip: work with the dough while it's cold — if it gets too soft to roll, pop it back in the freezer for a few minutes.

Hugs, Alla xox
