12 Week Mousse Cake Course


Hey guys, I am so excited to share one of my most exciting days of 2020. This was a whole day of fun, cake, styling, and of course pictures. 

I was so lucky to meet Jason , who is originally from Los Angeles but has been living in London for the last 18 years.  He has been combining technical know-how with his creativity and love of food. He is extremely talented in all his food photography, bringing out balanced, colorful highlights of rustic sophistication. You can see his amazing work here as well if the pictures here are not enough ;) 

We talked with Jason, how to make the most beautiful shots of the cakes that I sell and create. In fact, as most of you know I am launching my 12-week Mousse Cake Course in a few weeks and we are nearly sold out. 

The colours, the work and the planning that went into the photoshoot was so incredible and professional. I have never had anything like this before, it was on the next level! Not to mention it was really fun, we laughed so much and created the most beautiful shots of the cake and me. 

I felt like a real star on that day and now seeing these beautiful images made it all worth it!! :)
