Free Honey Cake Bonbon Masterclass (Live, Sunday Nov 8)

I'm teaching a free live bonbon masterclass on Sunday, November 8th at 12pm EST (11am CST / 9am PST), and I'd love for you to make them with me!

Honey cake is the cake I grew up with: soft layers of caramelised honey sponge and creamy filling that melt in your mouth. In this class I'm turning it into bite-sized Strawberry Honey Cake Bonbons, with a fresh strawberry in the middle and a glossy chocolate coating. They're perfect for gifting, for the holidays, or just for keeping in the fridge for yourself (I won't tell!).
